A highly respected sales executive, Dan began his real estate career in the mid 1980’s and was a top selling and listing broker, averaging fifty transactions per year. Because of his encyclopedic knowledge of creative marketing ideas, along with an amazing track record of successful transactions, Dan has been the exclusive broker of choice for many developers, sponsors and board members throughout New York. As a Sales Manager, Dan provides tailored sales and marketing guidance to help agents create a niche for themselves in the industry. In this capacity, he regularly trains salespersons and brokers at the firm.  Dan attended Northeastern University and Brooklyn Law School. He previously was the president of a wholesale food distribution business, Atlantic Biscuit Company. He is the founding member and serves on the board of a non-profit children’s summer recreation program, which gives over 300 children a wonderful summer experience every year. Dan has been featured in New York Magazine, The New York Times and the Real Deal Magazine as one of New York’s top brokers. He also has been a featured speaker at the Real Estate Board Of New York.
