Upon arriving from Bolzano, Italy, Marco got his start in real estate in an unusual way. After falling victim to a scam while renting his first apartment, he was lucky enough to meet an Italian broker who rectified his situation and eventually gave him his start as an agent in Long Island City.
He worked as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for one year in Long Island City, then went on to work at Urban Living for two years where he mainly offered short-term and furnished apartments. He rented them to clients from different countries such as Germany, Italy, Brazil, France, and England.
His fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese gave him an edge in the competitive NYC market. As an agent for Living NY since June 2019, Marco has specialized in helping foreign nationals from around the world transition to New York and find their dream home.
His approach to real estate and motto in life is “Never Give Up”.
