Ayala Stern is currently a real estate agent at Living NY. She comes from a background in Psychology, where she researched Game Theory and Prisoner’s Dilemma at Haifa University.
Her experience in Game Theory gives her an advantage when it comes to closing deals and negotiations. Ayala has been a realtor for five years, renting over 700 units all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
Ayala worked exclusively over 30 buildings, some with high vacancy rate and is known to solve all issues needed in order to fill the building with long term tenants. She has worked as a sole agent for each building and worked with over 300 clients to assist to find a home.
