Jean Koeppel, a longstanding realtor in New York and Florida, first started selling real estate in 1996. After many years at Merritt Associates in Rye, New York, she joined Coldwell Banker and then Living Real Estate Group. Ms. Koeppel specializes in all aspects of real estate, especially residential sales.
A native of Southern Oregon, Ms. Koeppel received her B.S. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a M.A. from Catholic University of America.
Prior to selling real estate, she held numerous positions in domestic politics and public affairs, including positions with the Business-Industry Political Action Committee and the National Association of Manufacturers. At just 29 years old, Ms. Koeppel was appointed to be V.P. of Government Relations at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City.
After marrying her husband, William Koeppel, she entered real estate sales in Rye and New York City. Soon thereafter, she obtained a second real estate license in Florida, where she has a second home. Between these two markets, Ms. Koeppel successfully capitalizes on many clients who have real estate needs in the two prestigious locales.
Ms. Koeppel lends a hand to many civic and charitable groups. She has served as an alumni interviewer for Georgetown University for more than 25 years and has served on many committees at her children’s school and at Westchester Country Club.
Her hobbies include golf, traveling, and boating with her husband and sons Harrison and Chase.
